Paula Chang is a creative producer, moderator, and editor in the field of arts & design, based in Rotterdam.

Paula Chang has a keen and rooted interest in the position of design under the societal scope. Her work explores the dynamic relationship between the individual and the collective - how they shape, challenge, and reflect one another. Informed by her background as a Taiwanese raised in Spain, Paula is drawn to questions of personal positioning and otherness, especially through racial, cultural, and political lenses. This cross-cultural perspective grounds her inquiry into the role design can play in navigating complexity, fostering understanding, and reframing dominant narratives

Paula is a creative producer, moderator, and editor working across the arts & design field. She has developed a versatile practice through roles in both small-scale organisations - where adaptability, initiative, and multitasking are essential - and larger institutions that demand collaboration, coordination, and agility within complex team structures. Her experience spans curatorial support, content development, public programming, and editorial work, reflecting a broad yet cohesive engagement with cultural production.
